Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? This team is dedicated to cultivating and executing a strategic approach to retaining existing revenue, generating new business within existing accounts and new business acquisition in the aviation and travel markets.

About the Job:

The Sales Manager will lead and support the commercial growth of the Airlines and Airports business for North America. You will be responsible for coaching and developing a high-performance sales team that can execute on a clear Go-To-Market (GTM) sales strategy aligned to our current and future value propositions we fulfill for our target customer segments.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Developing and executing GTM plans to achieve sustained revenue growth and market trust.Supporting functional peers to ensure we are focused on the value. Sharing market trends and voice of our customers with peers in the regional and global sales leadership team.Continuing the transformation of the Airlines & Airports sales team to become a high-performing, value-based selling culture. Leading and mentoring your sales individual contributors, providing coaching and feedback to ensure individuals and the team achieve their defined goals.Owning talent development of your team. Accurately assess strengths and development requirements of team members over time across skillset, structures and mindset.Engaging industry opinion leaders to develop a growing community within and around the Aviation industries.Providing customer product feedback and enhancements to sales and product leadership and highlight risks based on market and competitor intelligence.Developing Sales Campaigns with your teams that lead with Value as part of the broader GTM plan to grow Airlines & Airports team revenues.Supporting the vision and values of the company through role modelling and encouraging desired behaviors. Encouraging culture of openness and feedback in teams as well as collaboration across globally served customers (and supporting Cirium Teams).As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expeditions

Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant experience in leading diverse sales teams. Background in selling to Aviation/Travel/Aerospace industries required.Possess excellent track-record as a commercial leader with tangible achievements in commercial growth of business. Ideally in data, technology or software solutions business.Able to design and articulate a sales GTM plan to support growth of business in this segment as well as strategic account expansion.Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, manage, coach and mentor sales individuals to deliver sales growth.Possess excellent communication skills and ability to influence throughout the team and organization. Also possess creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions/use cases.Must also possess a growth mindset to be coachable and open to their own growth and doing things differentlyAble to work a hybrid schedule from our Dallas, TX office location.
