Sales Management - Investment Proposal Specialist

As part of our RFP team, you’ll help respond to detailed client questionnaires that showcase our products, people, and investment strategies. These responses are key to winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll manage RFPs end-to-end, working with large datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and presenting insights clearly. A structured, analytical mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. While deep technical skills aren’t required, being comfortable with data analytics tools (see “Your Experience and Skills”) will help you deliver faster, more insightful responses.

The main tasks of your role are:
• To co-ordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs, RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for prospect clients and existing clients according to internal brand/style guidelines and compliance regulations.
• To collaborate closely with portfolio managers, investment specialists and subject matter experts to improve RFP answers, ensure key messages are understood, and present our capabilities in the most compelling way possible.
• To ensure the RFP database is kept up-to-date and accurate, and quality continually improved
• To help the team identifying and implementing digital solutions
