What you will do - How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead / Client Executive to drive our growth in the TMT industry in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in shaping our client relationships and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans targets within the TMT industry and our biggest industry clients. Sourcing and pursuing high-value opportunities and building additional relationships within the TMT sector while achieving revenue targets and leading business development from initial prospecting to closure. This involves pipeline development, analysis, and recommendations for growth, as well as support of the major pursuits. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients from the industry by identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Ensuring exceptional client service is incorporated in all external and internal encounters. Leading the Industry sales team, fostering a strong internal identity and community around the TMT industry, sharing sales best practices & successes, insights, etc. Monitoring market trends and competitor actions to guide strategic decision-making and maximize growth opportunities within the TMT industry. Acting as a sparring partner to the EY NL TMT Industry leader in leading the industry within EY Netherlands. Representing EY at national and international industry events, raising our profile in the market.
What we look for – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or client management within the TMT industry, ideally in a Senior Manager position. Strong understanding of the TMT landscape, including emerging trends and technologies. Track record of delivering growth in complex B2B environments and partnering with large clients in the Netherlands and globally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets. Trusted advisor who builds client relationships that deliver long-term value. Strong communicator able to engage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Uses analytical insights to support decision-making (data-oriented) and drive progress (KPIs).
