Sales Lead, Accelerated Growth Team, Google Customer Solutions (Mandarin, English)
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience. + 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development. + 5 years of experience in a people management role. + Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in the market. Preferred qualifications: + 2 years of experience creating and implementing sales strategies with customers in China. + Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management with business insight and data analysis with data sense. + Knowledge of building teams through coaching. + Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment and take ownership, secure support and remove obstacles to deliver results. + Excellent influencing skills and problem-solving skills. + Passion for value-based innovative solution selling. In this role, you will identify and grow client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem and set them up for growth on our platforms.
