Sales Force Platform Lead
Overview The Sales Force Platform Lead – CDP will be responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of PepsiCo’s Consumer Data Platform (CDP). This role will ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and optimized to support PepsiCo’s data-driven initiatives, enabling seamless integration of consumer, marketing, and operational data. The Platform Lead will collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in the CDP ecosystem. Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Architecture: Define and implement the CDP architecture, data pipelines, governance frameworks, and automation strategies. Scalability & Performance: Ensure the platform supports high-volume data ingestion, transformation, and analytics with optimized performance. Technology Leadership: Oversee the integration of key technologies, including Databricks, Azure Data Services, APIs, and customer data solutions. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align CDP (Sales Force Data Cloud) capabilities with business needs. Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and governance, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies. Operational Excellence & Automation: Drive efficiency through automation, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution to maintain a highly available platform. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends to evolve the CDP strategy and capabilities. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, SQL DB), API integrations, and large-scale data platforms. Strong background in data governance, observability, customer data management, and SaaS-based data ecosystems.
