Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, ANZ (12-month contract)

**The Position**
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager will serve as a local strategic partner responsible for the development & execution of sales force effectiveness and learning strategies, tools, operational framework and processes to support BI business objectives.
This role leads key initiatives, critical projects & continuous improvement activities and it is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of BI sales force, through leading the continuous improvement of a high performing sales organization.
The SFE Manager coaches, develops and inspires the local teams to help grow the capabilities of our colleagues in service of delivering our product portfolio and company strategy. The vision of this role is to implement and oversight best-in-class skills and capabilities to our customer facing roles. Additionally, the role will lead an individual focus on Commercial program management and launch planning who will be responsible for ensuring that critical commercial programs are executed effectively and delivered on time related to SFE topics.
**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
+ Drive implementation of SFE capability standards for customer strategy and engagement development in ANZ and in collaboration with Business Units & ASKAN.
+ Decide on long-term objectives within ANZ for SFE capability assessments and translate into specific (short and mid-term field team programs and milestones for SFE processes)
+ Establish, govern and share a SFE performance framework incl. review cycles with local & regional leadership teams with the objective of harmonizing the SFE related capabilities and their performance measurement incl. KPIs within ANZ
+ Lead the ANZ Bonus & Incentive program across the sales organisations inc structure, policy, results and applications associated to the B&I.
+ Drive communication on the roles and responsibilities related to the SFE processes through setting a blueprint design
+ Establish, communicate & monitor roles and responsibilities (for activities related to SFE operational execution)
+ Process Excellence and continuous improvement: Identify and decide on process, platform and data improvement potentials and share leading practices that can be scaled among customer teams within ANZ relating to SFE.
+ Coach, Train and Develop the sales organisations using the CE models provided by global .ie CXE, LPE, etc and lead the local CE training calendar for existing and new starters with inclusion of a structured induction program for the sales team.
+ This role is a member of the ANZ Commercial Excellence Leadership team
