Job Title: Sales Executive - Intelligence Community
Job Location: Washington, D.C. - Remote

Job Description:
The Sales Executive – IC will be responsible for pursuing new business
opportunities and building strong relationships with clients primarily
within the Intelligence Community. This role requires a self-driven
individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the
IC. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Generative
AI and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product sales, or other related OEM
experience, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that
align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Driving Revenue and Building Relationships:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and establish strong
relationships with key stakeholders, primarily within the
Intelligence Community.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Executing Sales Strategies:
- Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets,
driving significant business growth.
- Execute on comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's
strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Understanding Market Trends:
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to review market research
to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic
decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies,
particularly in Generative AI and SaaS, to maintain a competitive
edge.
• Collaborating with Other Departments:
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales
strategies with overall business objectives and ensure customer
needs are met.
• Achieving Sales Goals:
- Pursue ambitious sales goals and quotas, monitoring progress and
adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Foster a results-oriented environment that encourages ownership of
both individual and team sales goals, ensuring overall
accountability and high achievement.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of
specialized experience selling directly to the Intelligence Community;
SaaS and/or software sales experience preferred, but other OEM or System
Integrator sales experience will be considered.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth within the government
sector, with a focus on IC customers.
• A strong understanding of Generative AI and SaaS product sales is
highly preferred; will consider candidates with a proven sales track
record and a passion for learning and mastering our product.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
