Sales Executive (Balikpapan Area)

Primary Function:

Develop and build relationships with relevant Executive Customer Accounts (targeted non-enterprise accounts) for assigned region/territory.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling Abbott Core Lab (Diagnostics) total solutions to target, non-enterprise accounts (high-risk/upselling renewals, new business etc)Establish and build deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders and competitive situationBuild and lead internal cross functional selling team to execute account strategiesAnalyze impact of market trends and factors on customersDevelop strategic account plants for achieving goals including sales and marginIdentify new business opportunities by initiating, developing or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customers and companyNegotiate long term contractsOversee progress of cross functional implementation team (post-sale)Identify new business opportunities to expand current market share

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science or related disciplinesMinimum 10 years of extensive experience managing key accounts, preferably in diagnostics/medical devices industryExperience working with senior level stakeholdersAbility to influence team membersStrong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamicsStrong solution selling and relationship building skillsStrong communication skills - fluency in local language Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishAbility to identify and drive resolution of issues and good portfolio management skillsExcellent product and industry knowledge
