Field site. in the Core Diagnostic **What You’ll Work On** + To deliver short- & long-term volume, sales, profit & market share goals by maintaining the current business and seeking new opportunities to grow the business in both governmental & private sectors + Ensure current customers continue to be well-served on the ground whilst utilizing shared functional services to their maximum + Develop & lead the execution of strategy with an awareness of multiple parameters and key performance indicators + Collaborate with all other functions to ensure strategies are aligned & corporate programs are delivered. + Ensure all efforts in the country are compliant with legal regulations – pricing, competition, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, etc. + Ensure all commercial efforts are compliant with local regulatory requirements and with Abbott’s quality policies. + Always operate within the Abbott ethics **Knowledge / Education Required:** Bachelor’s in laboratories **Licenses:** Saudi Commission for Health Specialties / SCHS. **Language:** English Arabic **Minimum Experience Required:** 3-6 of relevant experience **Minimum Skills Required:** Excellent communication & presentation skills with strong interpersonal **Personal Characteristics:** Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, discipline, flexible, work with team.
