What’s on offer:
Basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission – realistic earnings of £45,000+ A consistent 40-hour working week (five 8-hour shifts) Saturdays are our busiest day, and you’ll work most of them, but we’re always closed on Sundays, so you can rely on that time to recharge in addition to a weekday offThe role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be representing a trusted automotive brand known for quality and innovation. You’ll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey, creating a smooth, supportive, and enjoyable experience. From the first conversation to handover, you’ll play a key role in making sure customers drive away feeling confident and cared for.

What we’re looking for:
Current experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months) – this is essential for you to be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Flexibility to work weekends as part of your rota A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)What you’ll get in return:
