Sales Executive – Vertu SKODA Derby
Basic Salary: £22,000 | OTE: £45,000+ | Significant Commission Potential

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Vertu SKODA Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, while enjoying excellent earning potential and a supportive work environment.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: £22,000 basic with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of £45,000+. Work-Life Balance: 40-hour work week across five 8-hour shifts. Most Saturdays required, with a guaranteed weekday off. We’re closed every Sunday. Training & Support: Full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed from day one.

Your Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll manage the full customer journey—from initial contact to final handover—ensuring a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience. You’ll deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Flexibility to work weekends Full UK driver’s licence (manual and automatic)
