Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Executive who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.
About The Role
Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and relationship-building.
Monitor account production and implement strategies to increase revenue and loyalty.
Prepare and conduct quarterly or annual reviews with key accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across assigned corporate accounts to secure and grow repeat business.
Identify new corporate prospects, conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to convert leads into contracted accounts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Achieve or exceed revenue targets in the corporate negotiated segment through consistent sales activities and strategic account planning.
Negotiate annual corporate rates in alignment with brand pricing guidelines and ensure timely contracting through Lanyon or other RFP platforms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adjust strategies and remain competitive in the market.
Work closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure accurate forecasting, room allocations, and excellent client servicing.
Conduct regular client entertainment, in-person meetings, and virtual engagement aligned with the Four Seasons standards of relationship-driven selling.
Maintain updated records of activities, opportunities, and production in the Golden S&C system and provide timely performance reports.
