As a Sales Executive, you will manage accounts and ensure Sales Achievement in the Assigned Territory & Product lines, assist the Regional Customer Partner Lead in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Your opportunity 

Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction proactivelyDevelop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunities;Develops and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnelProactively and creatively solve problems in managing customers’ complaints by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (example: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)Coordinate with the Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customersWork closely with the Professional Services team to deliver post-sales service that maximizes customer satisfaction.

Who you are

Have a Bachelor's in Health/ScienceHave 3 years of multinational companies' experience in Pharmaceutical salesHave effective communication and interpersonal skills Have creative problem-solving and negotiation skillsHave customer complaint handling skills
