Job Title: Sales Executive - Trade Sellout – Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Region
Location: Abu- Dhabi
Reporting To: Sales Manager – Sell-Out
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive - Trade Sellout is responsible for managing sub-dealers and key accounts in Abu Dhabi & Alian Region, leveraging market knowledge, segment development experience, and trade expertise. This role focuses on achieving trade sell-out targets, implementing trade promotions, and optimizing distribution channels to drive growth and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sub-Dealer Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-dealers to ensure effective product distribution and sales growth.Monitor sub-dealer performance and provide support to achieve sales targets.Conduct regular visits to sub-dealers to assess their needs and provide training or guidance as necessary.Market Knowledge and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the market.Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis.Segment Development:
Develop strategies to penetrate and grow specific market segments.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet segment needs.Track and report on segment performance and adjust strategies as needed.Trade Experience:
Leverage trade experience to optimize sales strategies and enhance product visibility.Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the trade industry.Distribution Channel Management:
Understand and manage the distribution channel to ensure efficient product flow.Ensure that sub-dealers have adequate stock levels and are aligned with promotional activities.Qualifications:
Preferably 5-8 years of experience coming from industrial Power tools & Accessories, Hardware Products, Abrasives Industry, Adhesives & Sealants Companies.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in sales, trade, or distribution, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.Knowledge of the local market and cultural nuances in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.Result oriented, self-motivating and excellent team playerStrong organizational and time management skills.We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
