About The Opportunity

The successful candidate brings a proven track record of consultative sales and complex contract negotiations. The ability to articulate WeWork’s strategy and vision to a variety of audiences; and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast-paced technology companies. This is a unique opportunity to build the structure and pipeline of an untapped market who are looking to address the evolving needs of their employee culture and real estate footprint. This client-facing role will focus in driving revenue of the company. This is a Junior Sales position and is going to be an individual contributor.

You will be expected to:

The main responsibility is to prospect, open conversations (Cold Calling), contact potential clients, send proposals, tour WeWork spaces, negotiate, and close transactions on a monthly pace.

Facilitate all tour requests for your assigned building/s.

Handle all in-bound leads deals for your assigned building/s and WeWork’s All Access product.

Pipeline management: lead generation, tracking, and control through the Salesforce.

Maintain relationships and create commercial strategies with key market players (brokers, investment and promotion agencies, etc.)

Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure business closures

Meet monthly goals.

Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work cross-functionally to find the optimal solution for members

Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members.

Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related.

Proficient in English (B2, C1).

2-3 of professional experience in closing deals.

B2B/B2C sales experience.

Negotiation skills to ensure monthly closings.

Ability to open new markets.

Prospecting.

Detail-orientation, time management, and organization.

Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Lusha, and Apollo.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.

50% Inbound lead management, 30% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc; 20% Existing sales pipeline management.

Utilizing innovative and creative sales tactics.

Availability to work onsite in Bogotá

Salary: 5,000,000 + monthly comission + Benefits
