Responsibilities

Key Account ManagementDevelop and execute the annual business plans for the selected Account under his/her responsibility:o -Proposal of annual terms of tradeo -Promotion planningo -Activation support and trackingo -Ensuring compliance of annual business planso -Account profitabilitySupply chain management (forecasting and service level).Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external).Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly business review.Work together with marketing team to develop channel/category strategies and tactics in line with brand and trade execution objective.Account Receivable.Manage trade budget and tracking of trade spend.Continuous analysis of accounts’ performance to identify gap and opportunity to drive growth.Comply with corporate / local guidelines, internal procedures, local law and regulations.Report complaint or adverse event within 24 hours of initial complaint awareness.

Skills and Experiences

University degree from a renowned university.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account with a reputable FMCG, Healthcare or Optical company.Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.Sharp negotiation and influencing skills.Understanding of the retail environment.Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.Networking and strong orientation towards customer management.Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English).Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations.
