**Position Overview**
The Sales Excellence Program Manager is a key driver of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and optimizing operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the Worldwide Sales organization, as well as organizations within COO to develop scalable, sustainable processes that boost sales performance and contribute to long-term business success.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Excellence, this global role requires a strong program management background, the ability to navigate complex initiatives, and a deep understanding of sales operations and process optimization. **Responsibilities**
+ Sales Advocacy & Strategic Alignment: Champion sales interests in COO-led initiatives and ensure alignment with global sales strategies
+ Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary liaison between sales, operations, and executive leadership to communicate priorities effectively
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage sales subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed to provide insights and expertise, ensuring optimal program outcomes
+ Project & Program Execution: Align with teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for new projects
+ Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, operational efficiencies, and scalability across the global organization
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, or business strategy within a global organization
+ Strong background in sales, operations, or consulting, with a focus on strategic initiatives
+ Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders
+ Experience working in a matrixed environment, driving cross-functional collaboration
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and CRM systems like Salesforce
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
