We are seeking a high-performing Sales Excellence & Strategy Manager to lead our Accounts and Billing Go-to-Market (GTM) and Sales Enablement strategy in support of Microsoft Advertising’s growth. This role is pivotal in driving scalable, customer-centric solutions that simplify the billing experience for both sellers and advertisers across our combined offering.
The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at cross-functional collaboration. You will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and change management for the Accounts and Billing space—partnering across Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft AI (MAI), and broader Microsoft teams to deliver process improvements that enhance seller productivity and customer satisfaction.
