About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Sales Excellence Manager to drive our customer relationship management initiatives and enhance commercial performance. You will define CRM strategy, ensure alignment across teams, and support sales leaders in optimizing processes, data, and tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the CRM roadmap aligned with commercial objectives. Partner with sales and marketing leaders to harmonize processes, data standards, and technology. Monitor CRM adoption, process efficiency, and value creation. Lead governance for CRM enhancements and data quality. Manage and mentor the CRM team, recruit new members, and prioritize projects. Collaborate with internal and external partners to share best practices and identify improvement opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred. 10–15 years of commercial or sales experience, including 5+ years with modern CRM systems. Proven track record leading CRM-related projects and driving sales process improvements. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, marketing, or customer service processes. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration skills. Experience managing complex projects and leading teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms is a plus. Knowledge of marketing automation and agile project management tools is an advantage.
