What You Can Expect

The Sales Excellence Implementation Specialist, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Excellence, is responsible for executing sales excellence strategies across assigned territories. This role oversees the implementation of territory-level initiatives and tactics aligned with the Sales Excellence program and the territory playbook. The position is focused on enabling sales teams to exceed performance goals by driving adoption of effective processes, systems, and training. Responsibilities include on-site engagement—attending team meetings, conducting ride-alongs, shadowing sales leaders, and maintaining regular territory communication. This role also collaborates closely with the Sales Excellence team to ensure consistent use of scorecards, dashboards, and best practices that align with the program’s broader objectives.

How You'll Create Impact Build strong trusted relationships with commercial sales territories and their teamsAssist territories in deploying the Sales Excellence Program and ensuring adherence to playbook requirementsEngage with the sales teams across territories to validate business scope against customer requirements and ensure proper technologies are implementedRecognize opportunities where the Sales Excellence Program is not operating according to the sales playbook, critically assess the situation, and work with the Territory and Sales Excellence team to provide viable solutions for alignmentTrack and monitor the Sales Excellence scorecard, sales dashboard, and people dashboard to ensure the program's leading and lagging indicators are driving successProvide scope documents and approaches for new projects to align teams based on needs and ensure territories align with the approachSupport and facilitate training and development, program design, and other initiatives to ensure quality of experienceCollaborate with territories, sales teams, and other departments to align efforts with the broader Sales Excellence programLeverage data insights to continuously improve every aspect of the sales excellence program implementation, from content to processes and people developmentFoster a high-performance, results-driven culture with territories and sales teams through clear communication, growth mindset, resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning environment that maintains trust and creates psychological safety
