Objectives:
This is a China functional position to drive and support China sales operation and enhance the capability of selling
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive data quality and KPI for opportunities, leads, campaigns in CRM tool (Salesforce) Develop detailed and insightful reports and dashboards; Build and implement sales planning and performance management processes to maximize sales productivity and operational efficiency Partner with Global and China SBU Sales & Marketing leaders to design and execute strategic, organizational sales management projects Proactively work with senior sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity for teams, geographic regions, and product categories. Guide leaders in prioritizing business goals and sales resource based on impact to revenue and sales productivity. Create and own sales performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data Design, evaluate, and advise on systems and internal processes to support a rapidly evolving sales organization. Adopt and deploy and become process owner of sales management tools and applications to CPS sales organization and continuously enhance process and tools to effectively support CPS priorities
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical sales operation role within a rapidly growing company Ability to eloquently distill and communicate complex topics broadly to leaders, team members and everyone in between, fluent in both English and Mandarin Excel expert skills comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis, paired with critical thinking and sound business judgment Self starter and a people person
