We are searching for a proactive and driven Sales Event Executive in supporting the sales team for overseeing all aspects of sales and event planning. This role combines sales strategies with event management to ensure the seamless execution of corporate, social, and other special events. The coordinator will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the success of events, while also helping to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new sales leads, generate sales opportunities, and foster relationships with potential clients.
Manage all aspects of event coordination, from planning to execution, including timelines, budgets, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
Work with clients to understand their event objectives and customize packages to meet their needs.
Coordinate logistics such as catering, décor, audiovisual needs, transportation, and accommodations.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure event branding and marketing materials align with client expectations.
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events to ensure all runs smoothly
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
