Sales Engineering – South Area
Job Summary   Represent the company in providing professional ultrasonic welding solutions, closely collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets. Through the Technical Sales model, deliver cost-effective solutions to customers, driving sales growth. Focus on application innovation and new market segment development to enhance customer satisfaction, brand market share, and company competitiveness.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:   Sales Target Achievement Responsible for sales of ultrasonic equipment in the South China region, achieving  annual sales and collection targets set by the company. Customer Development & Relationship Management Identify potential customers (e.g., manufacturing firms, medical institutions, research organizations) and establish long-term partnerships to improve repeat purchase rates. Conduct regular visits to key accounts, understand evolving needs, and provide customized solutions. Technical Support & Solution Design Collaborate with the technical team to deliver ultrasonic application demos, technical Q&A, and product selection advice. Assist customers in equipment testing, acceptance, and after-sales issue resolution. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy Assemble industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to develop differentiated sales strategies. Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and other events to promote company products and branding. End-to-End Project Management Be responsible for projects from requirement alignment, quotation negotiation, contract signing, to delivery and acceptance, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate cross-functional resources (production, R&D, after-sales) to resolve critical customer issues. Sales Data Management Submit regular sales reports, update CRM system with customer data, and analyze sales trends to propose improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, Materials, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of sales experience in ultrasonic/industrial equipment, with familiarity market preferred Technical Skills Knowledge of ultrasonic principles and applications (e.g., cleaning, welding, inspection), with ability to quickly master product details. Strong presentation skills to independently conduct technical discussions and product demonstrations Sales Proficiencies Sharp market insight to identify customer difficulties and close deals. Excellent negotiation skills and project execution ability to navigate sophisticated decision-making chains Soft Skills High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and goal-oriented demeanor. Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with technical and after-sales teams Additional Requirements Willingness for short-term business trips (primarily within South China). Proficiency in Office suites, CRM system Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: This role emphasizes technical sales, requiring both market foresight and engineering demeanor.
