contracts. Ideal Requirements  A master’s degree or MBA could be an advantage 10 years relevant work experience in the hydro industry is a key requirement. Knowledgeable in competitor activity, market drivers, products, strengths, threats,

Increase profitable market share for a geographic area and service and maintain the existing client base.

Primary Duties  Sell and secure orders for hydro products and product services to decision makers in the industry through a relationship-based approach Identify new customers, targets and opportunities to increase market share Maintain a visible and active presence in the market to facilitate the development of new business relationships and maintain existing clients Research and analyse the market to understand key business drivers, influences, competitor activity and market potential in the hydro industry. Conduct product application audits at customer facilities Ensure that all aftermarket support services, and customer service agreements (SLAs) are delivered to standard and continuously improved upon Market share penetration (repeat business/ growth in existing business base) Customer service/ satisfaction ratings: measured through customer feedback, compliments/ complaints.
