What You’ll Do
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll serve as a key technical and sales liaison between Coilmaster and our customers. You’ll manage both inside and outside sales efforts, working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions tailored to their mechanical systems. Your focus will include:

Acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor for customer applicationsManaging the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, closing, and account managementConducting on-site customer visits to assess needs and recommend solutionsPartnering with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityPreparing technical presentations, quotes, proposals, and contractsStaying informed on industry trends and attending trade shows as needed

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, hydronics, or metals industriesStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and specsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical info into customer-friendly languageComfort with travel, typically 25% to 50%Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsA self-starter mindset with strong time management skills

Preferred:

Background in HVAC components or hydronic system designField engineering experience is a plus
