Sinch Email is looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in communicating technical solutions and ideas to our customers and partners, helping them understand how Sinch's email capabilities can enhance their projects and initiatives. You will utilize your technical expertise to support the sales team, create meaningful relationships with clients, and ensure satisfaction with our email products.
Your responsibilities will include providing demonstrations of our email products, answering technical inquiries, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
+ Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
+ Strong understanding of email technologies, including SMTP, APIs, and related services.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
+ Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly.
+ Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive customer success and close technical sales.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience in email deliverability best practices is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
+ Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $93,000 - 116,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 7/29/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
