Sales Engineer (Data Centers Vertical)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development (Data Centers), you will serve as a key member of the Thomson Power Systems commercial team. In this hands-on role, you'll drive the go-to-market sales strategy and develop our channel partnerships within the Data Centers vertical sector across the United States. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic sales team in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.Benefit from our streamlined operational structure that allows you to focus 100% on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by dedicated estimating, project management, and service execution teams.Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractorsEstablish Thomson Power Systems' brand presence in your vertical.Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer baseExemplify Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in accordance with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

5+ years of successful outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sectorProven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growthWillingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your regionAuthorization to work in the US without company sponsorshipValid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Power Management industryBachelor's degree in Business, or Electrical Engineering, or Power EngineeringProficiency with Salesforce CRMDemonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindsetReputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient, and highly motivatedExceptional sales abilities with strong closing skillsCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer successExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord
