Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development (Data Centers), you will serve as a key member of the Thomson Power Systems commercial team. In this hands-on role, you'll drive the go-to-market sales strategy and develop our channel partnerships within the Data Centers vertical sector across the United States. Key Responsibilities
Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.
Benefit from our streamlined operational structure that allows you to focus 100% on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by dedicated estimating, project management, and service execution teams.
Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors
Establish Thomson Power Systems' brand presence in your vertical.
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base
Exemplify Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in accordance with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
5+ years of successful outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sector
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region
Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Power Management industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient, and highly motivated
Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord
Pay transparency: $110,000 to $140,000 + variable commission/bonus
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will serve as a critical member of the sales team. This hands-on role is responsible for proactively driving the go-to-market sales strategy and developing our channel to market. Work independently and own the development and growth of a solid strategic market
Be the primary contributor to a new regional plan to achieve sales success in the area with the support of other regional sales engineers and a seasoned leadership team

Provide both product and service solutions that allow for continuous life cycle interaction with end users, integrators and contractors

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering preferred
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Power Management industry
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Strong track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered rapid revenue and margin growth objectives via a clear set of KPIs
Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a continuous improvement mindset
Recognized by piers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated
Outstanding sales ability and closing skills
Customer-focused with a passion for customer success
Strong presentation communication skills
Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations
Ability and desire to occasionally travel across North America (30% of the time)
Valid Drivers License is required
Salary Transparency - $120,000- $160,000 + 30% bonus
