Danfoss is looking for an energy-efficiency minded Sales Engineer to carry out sales activities under supervision, following standard guidelines and procedures, with limited commercial autonomy, focused on growth, seeking to follow and collaborate with the sales strategy, manage medium potential strategic customers, following up on sales, promote products in the market, maintain relationships and establish contacts with strategic clients, update CRM and pipeline and act in accordance with the company's Ethics guidelines and its Quality Policy.

Manage the selected client portfolio with a focus on increasing market share and portfolio participation with the client based on the strategic potential under supervision, through face-to-face visits, following and collaborating with sales strategies, in order to ensure the relationship with the client, follow-up on start-ups, negotiate prices, analyze client applications, make specifications and provide information to the client. Detect sales opportunities by creating solutions and applications using all products in the Danfoss portfolio Promote products in the market, through contact with new customers and end users of the solutions, participation in specialized fairs, making presentations to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing the situation of the market, according to strategic sales decisions and business needs. Propose new product applications to existing customers Update CRM and pipeline with activities and opportunities continuously, seeking to maintain information on sales in real-time, so that it can serve as a database for the extraction of KPIs (Main Performance Indicators). Make an analysis of your clients and the management of your opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Sales experience stemming from a technical background. Collaborate with others in a matrix organization. Knowledge in the mining, cement , steel and manufacturing industry market segments.
