Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and grow sales across key accounts within the Saudi HVACR market, meeting and exceeding monthly and annual targets.
+ Develop and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs, consultants, end-users, and retailers, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
+ Execute sales and market strategies to drive Copeland’s market participation and penetration across KSA.
+ Stay ahead of market trends and technological developments, gathering insights from key players in the industry to inform strategy and product positioning.
+ Champion the introduction of new products and solutions, helping customers transition to energy-efficient, sustainable technologies while displacing competitor offerings.
+ Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive analysis to internal teams.
+ Work closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver market-specific solutions tailored to local needs.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key HVAC regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and influence future industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
+ 3 to 5 years experience in the HVACR industry, with a proven track record in technical sales within the Saudi market.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong understanding of HVACR technologies and market dynamics, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
+ Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders including OEMs, consultants, end users, and regulatory bodies.
+ Commercially driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and general business software.
