About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Engineer – Refrigeration & Cold Chain Solutions to join our team in Saudi Arabia, covering both the KSA and Bahrain markets. This role is focused on driving growth for Copeland’s industry-leading products and solutions across refrigeration, cold chain, controls, and air-conditioning distribution channels. You will work closely with channel partners, contractors, consultants, and end users to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
You will be the face of Copeland’s refrigeration and cold chain business in the region, helping customers achieve operational excellence while ensuring our continued market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drive sales growth in refrigeration, cold chain, controls, and AC distribution channels across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
+ Identify new growth opportunities through collaboration with channel partners, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
+ Develop a thorough understanding of the regional market, including trends, competitor activity, and technology shifts, to inform marketing and product strategies.
+ Provide technical and commercial support to channel partners and customers, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
+ Deliver accurate forecasts and reporting to support business planning and operational efficiency.
+ Actively gather and share market and competitive intelligence to inform internal strategies.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to support the company’s broader growth objectives in the region.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
+ 5 to 10 years of experience in the Refrigeration, HVAC, or Cold Chain industries, with a proven track record in technical sales.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and cold chain solutions, including controls and air-conditioning systems.
+ Well-connected within the KSA and Bahrain HVACR industry, with existing relationships across channel partners, contractors, and end-users.
+ Solid understanding of sales forecasting, demand planning, and monthly closing processes.
+ Arabic speaking is highly preferable.
+ Willingness to travel locally and within the region (up to 50%).
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and general business software.
