Job Title: Sales Engineer Working Location: China East Responsibility： 1. Learn product knowledge, develop sharp market insight 2. Systematically integrate customer resources, and in charge of product promotion and sales in responsible area. 3. Identify customer needs, build sales channels, drive business, and achieve assigned targets. 4. Analyze sales KPIs, trends, growth/lost business, upsell opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for team improvements. 5. Independently organize and execute projects promotion, while establishing and maintaining strong customer relationship. 6. Monitor market trends and report updates to Regional Sales Manager. 7. Maintain existing customers and develop new accounts. 8. Optimize customer management and competitive market strategies. Requirements： 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 2. Minium of 2 years sales experience in instruments/equipment or related industries. 3. Strong English and Chinese communication skills (written & spoken). 4. Willingness to travel for business needs. 5. Positive team spirit but also with independent work ability, excellent marketing sense 6.
