Sales Engineer
**Sales Engineer** We’re looking for a **Sales Engineer** who can blend technical know-how with strong customer service and sales skills. In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams while building relationships with both new and existing customers. You’ll help deliver custom-engineered solutions and make sure clients have the information and support they need. **What You’ll Do** **Technical & Engineering Support** + Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of engineering solutions. + Help create technical drawings, specs, and project plans. + Review project data, help solve issues, and support design reviews. + Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and improve solutions. **Sales & Customer Engagement** + Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs. + Respond to technical questions and provide product and service info. + Create and present technical proposals tailored to client requirements. + Attend trade shows and client meetings to promote our capabilities. **Estimating & Proposals** + Analyze customer specs to create accurate cost estimates and project quotes. + Work with engineers and production to confirm feasibility. + Assist in drafting contracts and bid packages. **Reporting & CRM** + Keep clear records of customer communication and sales activity. + Generate regular reports, sales forecasts, and updates. + Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and customer relationships. **Team Collaboration** + Act as a link between sales, engineering, and production. + Offer technical input to improve products and customer satisfaction. + Work on cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer goals. **What You Bring** **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field preferred (experience can substitute). + 3–4 years of experience in engineering, sales, or manufacturing. + Knowledge of spring design and wire forming is a big plus. **Technical Skills** + Experience with CAD tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD. + Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office. + Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. + Experience with reporting tools (like Crystal Reports) is a bonus. **Soft Skills** + Clear communicator with solid writing and speaking skills. + Great with people and customer service. + Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines. + Skilled at explaining technical details in simple terms. **Work Environment** + Split between office and manufacturing floor. + Some walking, standing, or lifting (up to 50 lbs). + PPE required in some work areas (e.g., safety glasses, ear protection). + Standard office equipment and environment. **Training Provided** + General safety training + Spring design and identification basics + Quality control and company procedures + Overview of our Quality Management System (QMS) **Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
