Sales Engineer

Job Description 

Main Tasks 

1.   Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company standard products, services and solutions within a designated ge-ography or industry. 

2.   Consults customers and attend their needs, que-ries and complaints; record and manage direct cus-tomer feedback. 

3.   Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. 

4.   Continuously monitors market trends, small intensity of sales negoti-ations.

Requirements 

Education

Master Degree or above in optics/physics/electronics preferred.

Experience

1.   Minimal 1 year of sales experience in instruments;

2.   Sales experience of light microscope preferred;

3.   Optics build experience preferred;

4.   Based in Shanghai/Nanjing;

Other skills 

1.   Fluent Chinese communication skills combined with strong interpersonal, oral and written communi-cation skills

2.   Strong ability to withstand pressure

3.   Customer-oriented

4.   Assessing situation/problem and logically and creatively finding solu-tions

5.   Use of computer software

6.   Team building
