**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with defined customers in Greece.
+ Drive a robust sales pipeline and ensure high conversion rates.
+ Stay ahead of market trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
+ Conduct feasibility studies for new business using Grundfos products and services.
+ Execute tactical sales plans aligned with overall strategy and support budget planning.
+ Use SAP BW data for business analysis and forecasting.
+ Advise customers, consultants, dealers, and contractors on products, applications, and services.
+ Gather and analyze market intelligence to counter competitor strategies.
+ Deliver specialized product and application training to customers and internal teams.
+ Maintain accurate records in the global CRM system and ensure customer master data is up to date.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pump or water solutions industry.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
+ Proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach.
+ Fluent in Greek and English.
