**What is the job about?**
+ Responsible for the profitable growth in market share through the maintenance, monitoring and development of Grundfos products, services and customer base within the District Energy.
+ Responsible for sharing knowledge and opportunities outside of the designated market segment to drive sales and profitability across Shandong Province.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Development of a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.
+ Drive focus markets with Selected Accounts.
+ Develop and execute business development activities with selected accounts including but not limited to promotional activities, launch initiatives, brand positioning and new application areas.
+ Identification and development of new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
+ Assist with the preparation of District Energy based budgets and plans relating to Key Account activities.
+ Participate in market research and preparation of reports as required.
+ Implementation of the company and District Energy based sales strategy.
+ Utilise Sales Excellence tools ie; SAP CRM to maintain customer interactions, opportunities and quotations
+ Ensure all reporting is accurate and presented within an acceptable time frame e.g. expenses
**Your background:**
**We imagine that you have:**
+ Experience driving developed processes within District Energy.
+ Ability to lad processes or projects.
+ Ability to lead a business process within District Energy.
+ Most likely to have 3-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
+ Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in District Energy.
+ Strong ability influence others.
+ Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the District Energy.
+ Willing to travel.
