**Sales Engineer – Sofia, Bulgaria**

**What is the job about?**
Are you passionate about driving sales and developing new opportunities? As a Sales Engineer at Grundfos, you'll be responsible for driving sales to Industry customers in Bulgaria.
You'll develop new sales opportunities and maintain recurring business with existing customers, sharing market knowledge within the team to strengthen Grundfos's business results and market share.
You'll also participate in and drive trainings for customers and potential new customers to raise awareness of Grundfos offerings.
This role reports to the Senior Sales Manager CBS and is based ideally in or around Sofia, Bulgaria.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Develop and manage customer relationships, creating tailored plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
+ Drive business development with selected accounts, identifying new opportunities and launching initiatives that position Grundfos as a market leader.
+ Support strategic planning, including segment-based budgets and key account activities.
+ Conduct market research and contribute to insightful reporting.
+ Implement sales strategies and utilize tools like SAP CRM to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
+ Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including expenses and sales data.
**Your background:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business.
+ 3-7 years of relevant experience in commercial building services or a related field.
+ A strong understanding of local market dynamics, systems, and regulations
+ Proven ability to lead processes or projects and influence stakeholders
+ Solid knowledge of sales planning and execution in a technical environment
+ Effective communication at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
+ Frequent travel is expected
+ Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus
