Sales Enablement Specialist III

A client with Kforce is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist III to join their team. This role is hybrid/onsite in Plano Texas (TX) or Atlanta Georgia (GA). This person will be a coaching facilitator and delivery specialist.
Responsibilities:
* Travel onsite frequently to various Intuit offices across different geographies and business units to deliver and facilitate coaching programs
* Observe sales teams, listen to sales calls, and align sales coaching plans with sales leaders
* Provide onsite coaching and training to sales coaches and sales teams based on sales coaching plans and the sales coaching enablement program
* Establish sales coaching accountabilities within the sales coaching enablement program to ensure coaches are driving consistent and measurable impact
* Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations to build sales coaching impact reporting that tracks key metrics and demonstrates the effectiveness of coaching efforts
* Become internally train-the-trainer certified to facilitate Intuit's internally built "Prosperity Value Cycle" methodology, empowering internal coaches and leaders to effectively facilitate the program
* Train sales leaders on the effective use of sales tools and sales methodology to reinforce best practices and drive adoption
* Assist with the certification process for managers and leaders undergoing coaching training, ensuring adherence to program standards
* Support coaching calibration sessions for leaders and coaches, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in coaching practices
* Establish metrics and reporting measuring the effectiveness of the coaching certification program and its impact on seller outcomes
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching programs and methodologies based on delivery insights and participant feedback
