Job Description: Sales Enablement Specialist (NAC)

Purpose

The Sales Enablement Specialist will be the key driver of revenue productivity by crafting and delivering effective sales readiness solutions for the North American Sales team to provide value-add solutions to existing customers & clients, strengthening relationships and generating additional business.

You will play a crucial part in equipping our sales team with the support and resources, including finishes samples and mock up furniture co-ordination, and sales collateral needed to effectively sell our products. You will be the bridge between the Product Marketing, Sales and Client Experience teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to help the sales team succeed.

The role holder will also focus on maximizing commercial revenue generated from the NaughtOne Chicago showroom; servicing and selling to a cross-section of clients, both current and prospective to identify and realize business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with existing & prospective clients identifying opportunities  to support the sales team for growth

In collaboration with teams across the business, provide robust and accurate information on potential leads

In collaboration with the Marketing team, ensure that any customer mock-ups or sample requests are fulfilled to maximize opportunities

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure ability to fully articulate the NaughtOne product portfolio

Act as the main point of contact for all Showroom events

Host unscheduled dealer & client visits to help maintain and grow relationships across key NAC accounts and ensuring the Chicago showroom reflects NaughtOne standards at all times

Support the Product & Marketing teams will Showroom ‘refreshes & redesigns’ and new product launches

Ensure all data captured on our CRM system is accurately recorded and maintained

Provide accurate and timely reports to the sales management team and any other senior managers when required

Strong presentation and PowerPoint design skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all NaughtOne clients & customers

Methodical, hard-working, ambitious & energetic

Results oriented with a passionate for great design

Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential

Dimension of role

Based from the NaughtOne showroom in Chicago you will work closely with the Product, Design, Marketing & Client Experience teams.
