Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven Sales Trainer to lead impactful training initiatives across the NA/LATAM regions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges of sales firsthand and is motivated to empower others through learning. You’ll focus on elevating sales performance through skill development, tool mastery, and process excellence—while tailoring your approach to the cultural nuances of each region. 

A strong understanding of the complexities across countries in the LATAM region is necessary to be successful.

What you’ll own

Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on sales tools, processes, and methodologies.

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning plans.

Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to uncover opportunities for program expansion.

Manage intake requests for regional training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

Align with Vertical Growth Leads to ensure programing is tailored to the LATAM regional needs. 

Collaborate and prioritize ruthlessly with Sales Enablement and L&D Leaders to ensure we are putting the most focus on the most important programs to create impact.

May facilitate, as needed virtual and in-person workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to boost sales effectiveness.

Develop end-to-end learning experiences, including eLearning, virtual facilitation, and live sessions, with measurable KPIs.

Occasionally support global training efforts

Apply instructional design principles to create impactful and learner-centered materials.

Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and iterate for improvement.

Partner with the Vertical Growth team to integrate regional trends and vertical insights into training content.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure successful adoption of training initiatives.

Stay current on sales enablement tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Organize and manage training schedules for optimal resource utilization

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales training, ideally within the NA/LATAM region.

Background in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of sales tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with commercial audiences and senior stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to develop learning content.

Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of sales methodologies and a genuine passion for enabling other sellers to succeed. 

Preferred Skills 

High proficiency in instructional design and learning program development. 

Experience utilizing an LMS for tracking an reporting 

Language Skills

Fluent English is mandatory

Spanish would be beneficial
