About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales teams with the right tools, knowledge, and training to win in the cybersecurity space. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, this role blends training delivery, sales content design, and collaboration with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous enablement, reinforcing sales methodologies, facilitating pitch practice, and supporting commercial readiness—including messaging, positioning, and field confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to shape enablement content and sales plays that address regional market challenges.
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions, facilitate role play and pitch practice, and support ongoing sales skill development.
- Partner with marketing, product, and pricing teams to localize messaging and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with sales reps and managers to understand needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement impact.
- Leverage data and frontline feedback to identify knowledge or skill gaps and adjust training priorities accordingly.
- Ensure enablement content, tools, and playbooks are easily accessible, current, and adopted by the field.
- Promote a culture of continuous message testing, feedback loops, and sales excellence.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training—preferably in B2B or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and value-based selling.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person or virtual) and facilitate interactive learning.
- Experience supporting or working closely with channel/partner sales is a plus.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics to guide enablement priorities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Spanish (required); additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud, or technical products is highly desirable.
