About the RoleIn this mission, you’ll drive a best-in-class quoting experience for the SiteWorks business optimizing the quote-to-order funnel from lead generation to close. You’ll manage and optimize all stages of the sales funnel - from lead generation through close - to accelerate conversion, reduce cycle time, and grow revenue. This role supports both SiteWorks commercial operations and adjacent verticals like Separation and Stainless.

Key Focus AreasQuotation Process OptimizationLead development and deployment of automated quoting tools and workflows
Improve quote accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and drive adoption of automation
Sales Funnel OwnershipOwn and optimize all stages of the quote-to-close funnel
Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and cycle times to accelerate revenue
New Business IdentificationResearch market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Identify and qualify new verticals, strategic partnerships, and untapped segments
Success MeasuresReduction in quote turnaround time (10–20% improvement expected)
Increase in quote accuracy and adoption of automated systems
Improved lead-to-close conversion rates and shortened sales cycle
Increased lead – to – close conversion rate attributed to sales funnel management enhancements
Revenue growth from funnel optimization and enablement initiatives
New lead volume from research-driven sources and growth in new segments
Candidate Profile4–7 years of experience in sales operations, quotation management, commercial strategy, or related functions
Analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable driving process improvements
Proven ability to own commercial tools and drive end-to-end funnel performance
Strong communication skills with poise and influence across business functions
