Sales Enablement Manager

Emerson is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager based at one of our main hubs in Chanhassen, MN, Boulder, CO, or Houston, TX. As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for equipping the sales team with the tools, content, and processes needed to drive performance and close deals effectively. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to develop enablement resources, manage sales campaigns, and ensure alignment across teams to support revenue growth and customer engagement.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product management to define processes for planning, designing, and driving sales campaigns Establishing and analyzing data sets for customer behavior and campaign performance based on revenue that can be used to provide feedback and continuous improvement processes for our sales campaigns Managing a team of analysts focused on developing and deploying sales enablement tools and resources in collaboration with global sales enablement and operations teams to ensure teams have access to the right product information and messaging Analyzing sales workflows to identify tools and technologies for improving sales effectiveness; inclusive of CRM, online chat, contact enrichment, and adjacent sales technologies Helping to drive accountability and sales leadership processes around sales tool usage Acting as the focal point for the Measurement Solutions business group with coverage of the sales and marketing technology stack  Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree Minimum of six (6) years of related experience in marketing, sales, and/or sales enablement Legal authorization to work in the United States
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience as a B2B seller Experience managing sales employees Experience running and implementing sales enablement tools

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104,000-$138,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
