As a Sales Enablement Leader for Mexico and Caribbean you will report directly to the Regional Head of Sales Enablement.
Your impact as a Sales Enablement Leader for Mexico and Caribbean
As Sales Enablement Leader for Mexico and Caribbean you will provide input to the SubRegional CEO and CCO to build the sales and growth strategy for the business. You will partner with leaders to plan, execute and measure growth initiatives; and you will enable our client facing colleagues to bring the best of the firm to clients and deliver our Aon Proposition. To achieve this, you will lead a diverse team of specialist colleagues to deliver across a full range of commercial support activities with excellence, you will capture the benefits of scale, efficiency and consistent application of global standards and support delivery of the enabling tools, technology and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Leading a team of individuals and providing direction, guidance to team members to achieve a common goal. Develop a team strategy, training team members, facilitating team communication, monitoring and managing team's work, and creating progress reports
Enable Global Standards excellence in the near-term
+ Support Growth Planning, Client Planning, and Client Discovery (e.g., providing market insights and driving tactical sales operations support)
+ Drive RFP process for upcoming renewal cycle
+ Drive Jeopardy process
+ Deploy CRM enhancements (e.g., business onboard, renewals, campaigns)
Execute high-impact Year One Priorities
+ Align on critical priorities needed to enable near-term sales, including: Revenue Walk, Client Pipeline, Client Lifecycle Insight and Growth Planning tool refresh
+ Refine report wireframe and integration into operations (including change management) through focus groups and process assessment
+ Launch development and target in-field release across the year
Define Sales Enablement Future State and Three-Year Roadmap
+ Collaborate across DAU (e.g., maturity assessment), Function partnerships (Marketing, Finance, People and Operations) to synthesize and develop long-term capabilities, investments, and supporting organizational structure for Sales Enablement.
+ Develop the operating model to support growth strategies along with investments required for a task force.
Participate in the training and execution of Delivering Aon United
In addition to the above the person should also have expertise and experience in:
+ Standardizing and streamlining the sales management process.
+ Enable the regional growth teams with client and industry intelligence, go-to-market planning and execution.
+ Provide business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of goals.
+ Insights to deal pursuits backed by historical data, industry challenges and Aon differentiators.
+ Facilitate research on market competition. Detailed market assessment and sizing.
+ Provide thought leadership on go-to-market strategy and support new initiatives, programs in partnership with the Sales teams.
+ Identify new growth areas by coordinating with the Solution lines and Functions.
+ Enable adoption and cadence of sales governance. Drive conversations on lead management, deal and pipeline reviews.
+ Forward looking business insights for leadership and field teams; self-service reporting through analytics.
+ Develop demand generation initiatives across multiple channels to generate incremental pipeline and drive net new sales.
+ Drive conversion of qualified leads to opportunities to enable Sales.
+ Strengthen client relationships through client health measurement and referenceable.
+ Crafting winning proposals and value proposition.
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
+ 3 plus years of experience in a leadership role.
+ Strong expertise with sales operations.
+ Ability to lead across multiple revenue lines and countries.
