Sales Enablement Intern

The Sales Enablement Intern assists our internal sales and commercial excellence teams by: • Support initiatives that drive process improvement and best practice for our sales teams across the WSS segment • Collect, review, and organize data associated with segment channel partners (i.e., distributors) • Identify key attributes and criteria for our channel partners to help inform our channel management strategy • Review and catalog potential Sales onboarding coursework to support hiring and retention programs This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales support processes. Sales Support • Provide administrative support to sales and commercial excellence team • Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials including onboarding and recruiting resources Data Management • Organize and maintain channel partner database • Generate and analyze sales data Training and Development • Continuously update and improve training materials • Provide ongoing support and guidance for sales team Collaboration • Work closely with sales team to achieve company goals • Communicate and collaborate with other departments • Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas Problem Solving • Identify and troubleshoot issues for customers and sales team • Find solutions to improve sales processes and efficiency • Assist in resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations Continuous Learning • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge • Attend training and development opportunities • Continuously improve skills and knowledge to better support sales team. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems). • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans. • Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis techniques. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders. • Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
