**Role Summary**
As the **Sales Enablement Coordinator** , you will be the operational heartbeat of the Inside Sales Enablement team. You’ll be the one ensuring every training session runs smoothly, every record is accurate, and every team member has what they need to succeed. From scheduling and system updates to supporting key enablement projects, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-impact learning experience for our sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Logistics & Scheduling**
2. Own and manage all training calendars for new hire onboarding and ongoing education sessions
3. Partner with Recruiting to ensure new hires are accurately tracked from offer to onboarding using Airtable
4. Coordinate training logistics including facilitators, SMEs, room bookings, Zoom links, and material prep
5. Ensure all sessions are fully staffed, supported, and set up for success
6. **Attendance & Records**
7. Track attendance and floor readiness across all cohorts
8. Proactively follow up on incomplete participation and escalate as needed
9. Maintain detailed and timely training records across Airtable, LMS, and internal trackers
10. **Systems & Tools**
11. Manage and update Airtable bases, dashboards, and other enablement systems
12. Support project tracking through tools like ClickUp or similar
13. Assist with onboarding documentation and ensure training materials are up to date
14. **Communication & Support**
15. Be the first point of contact for trainer and facilitator logistical needs
16. Liaise with HR, Recruiting, IT, and other departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated new hire experience
17. Triage and route ad hoc training requests to appropriate owners
18. **Engagement & Culture**
19. Help foster an energizing, positive training environment with thoughtful details and proactive support
20. Assist in gamification efforts, team recognition, and learner engagement strategies
21. Contribute to a culture of excellence, fun, and continuous improvement
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Tech-savvy, with experience in Airtable, Excel, LMS platforms, or similar tools
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence
+ Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple moving parts
+ Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ Prior experience in training coordination, sales operations, or L&D is a plus
