**About the role**
As a Healthcare Sales Effectiveness Operations and Business Analyst with Reckitt you’ll have the freedom to succeed.
This role is responsible for operationalizing the healthcare sales directions to drive Mead Johnson healthcare sales (HCS) effectiveness. This position will create the HCS planning cycle to ensure execution with excellence, which includes the development of dashboards to monitor the key performance indicators, enabling the HCS team to achieve the best utilization of CRM platforms, resources, effectively operationalize strategies, put tactics into actions, ensure the team is compliant and doing the right thing always leveraging an OmniChannel approach.
**Your responsibilities**
Leads Operations to Drive Success:
OmniChannel Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
• Owns SFE processes, performance reporting, requirements, and monitoring through dashboards and reports- monthly/weekly. Identifies key actions to close gaps in the customer journey progression.
• Manages and collaborates for systems and platform enhancements, call plan deployment, budgeting, and data governance.
• Ensures compliance and on-time delivery.
• Develops call plan processes and guidance based on customer journey, advocacy ladder progression and brand priorities.
Medical Marketing/Customer Strategy Implementation
• Deploys medical marketing strategies, in close coordination with Associate Manager Sales Enablement, into CRM systems for field sales execution, to reflect customer progress within the advocacy ladder.
• Reflects and translates customer and patient needs in the Omnichannel tactical execution.
• Use knowledge of customers’ needs and insights to drive brand priorities.
• Translate salesforce activities to map ROI on brand priorities and effectiveness.
Collaboration with Insights and Analytics
• Drives automation initiatives to support performance reporting of the medical sales force.
• Improves system efficiency and supports coordination efforts to align with business objectives.
Operationalization of Activities and System improvements.
• Translates activities into actionable steps.
Identifies system update requirements to ensure compliance and measurability.
Recommends improvements to simplify and accelerate data reporting to enhance field sales force effectiveness
Sampling Forecasting, Budgeting and Tool Management
• Owns the forecasting process and budget requirements for all tools for the sales force – samples, literature, etc.
Resource Utilization and Productivity Initiatives
• Utilizes resources effectively and drives productivity initiatives.

• Develops strong relations and networks with a wide group of stakeholders (Sales managers, field representatives, marketing, finance, quality, Hospital Operations, IM, privacy, compliance, including Global functions).
• Utilizes relationships to enhance business performance.
**The experience we're looking for**
College Degree in Business Administration, or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support and/or application support role.
Experience with LiveScience/CRM/OmnniChannel systems (ex. Veeva) administration Certification
Developed dashboards and sales force effectiveness processes
Worked within a healthcare industry and/or sales/marketing environment.
English essential, French strong asset
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
**The skills for success**
Agile with data, reporting, developing dashboards and system analytics
Demonstrates strong computer software utilization skills, especially with spreadsheets, word processing, data retrieval and analysis, presentation graphics and database software- ideally with LifeScience system
Understands customer journey and segmentation concepts
Knowledgeable of the medical marketing and sales channel spectrum and can translate strategies into operational plans
Familiar with P&L, ROI and development of revenue growth plans.
Demonstrates good working knowledge of project management concepts and skills. Is familiar with process flows and sales operations environment.
Must have excellent communication, storytelling presentation and skills with a strong desire to be the voice of the user in communicating issues/opportunities with management.
Is self-motivated and independent worker, uses good judgement and elevates issues as needed.
Leverage good judgement and data in decision making
Ability to organize and execute multiple priorities and see issues from multiple perspectives.
Demonstrates flexibility, patience and openness when working with multiple stakeholders.
Have strong work ethics and can work in a compliant and regulated environment.
Experience working in a flexible work environment, managing remote and in-office with ongoing interaction and input from different stakeholders.
