Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving growth in Sell Out, NOS and value share, coordinating the promotion and marketing of P&G Health division products to our clients, through the commercial policies established by the division to achieve compliance with the established goal.

The selected person will be in charge of providing direct attention and building strong and sustainable relationships with the most important accounts for the business, by supervising and implementing strategies and business plans, in turn ensuring healthy inventory management and the correct investment implementation. and execution plans for P&G brands.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

We are looking for hardworking and driven individuals who can:

Responsible for meeting sales targets (volume / value) in a balanced manner

Ensure correct store delivery (Distribution / Shelving / Merchandising / Price)

Ensure healthy inventories in clients and adequate distribution according to the potential of each one of them, in order to maintain optimal development of the P&G Health brands.

Plan and implement JBP's investment with the P&G's main clients to guarantee our presence with POP material, point-of-sale promotions, exhibitions.

Lead the inclusion of new products and the maintenance of existing ones, in the purchase lists of the main clients.

Implement individual strategic sell out plans with each marketing channel.

Properly handle the expense budget that guarantees the return on investment expected by the Company and a healthy gross to net.

Follow the Stewardship and Anti-bribery compliance policies, as well as with our Purpose, Values and Principles (PVP) .

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in sales within the pharmaceutical distribution channel is required, managing key national clients in the sector.

Based in Quito or Guayaquil.

3+ years of professional experience in similar roles

Bachelor´s degree in Health, Marketing, Sales or Administration

Pharmaceutical experience handling OTC/Rx products

Good English communication skills

Negotiation and selling skills

Strong data analytics background
