We're Hiring a Sales Director/Vice President

Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to drive growth, innovation, and customer loyalty? Truly Nolen of America—a nationally recognized service brand—is seeking an exceptional Sales Director/Vice President to lead our sales function across all markets and elevate our customer experience and revenue/unit growth strategy.

About the Role:

As the head of our nationwide Sales team, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing our strategic sales vision—building a high-performing team, developing new market opportunities, and driving unit and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership, marketing, and field operations to create a sales culture that reflects our core values and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead company-wide sales strategy and execution to meet unit growth and profit goals across our residential/commercial pest control, termite, rodent, insulation and lawn services. Inspire, mentor, and develop a sales team—from managers to front-line contributors. Cultivate relationships both inside and outside the company to build brand recognition and open new business channels. Create innovative sales and marketing programs that energize the team and deliver measurable results. Set clear, achievable sales goals aligned with company objectives and budgets. Oversee and refine sales compensation and incentive structures. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive data-informed decisions. Ensure top-tier customer service and lasting client relationships. Represent Truly Nolen with pride in community and industry partnerships.

What You Bring:

Executive-level experience in leading sales teams and strategy—ideally in a service-oriented industry. Proven success in driving sustainable revenue growth. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. A natural leader with emotional intelligence and a motivational presence. Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and compensation planning. Experience mentoring high-potential team members for internal advancement.

Bonus Points For:

Background in the service industry or related field (pest control experience a plus but not required). Familiarity with multi-location or franchised business models and ability to lead across distance and geography.  A strong presence on professional/social platforms to promote brand awareness and team morale. Acquisition experience.
