**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and drive customer acquisition.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experience.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
+ Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills (8+ years).
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
+ Ability to develop synergy and integration strategies between work teams and business units.
+ Deep knowledge of the security and access control technologies market across Latin America.
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
